The people of London and Manchester have stood firm and tall in the wake of these tragedies and we salute you all for it. We also salute the Police, Military and Emergency Services that reacted with bravery, professionalism and compassion when their skills were most needed. We are all fortunate to be protected by the best of the best.
By now you are perhaps thinking that this is not your usual 'Discount Code' email. Whilst there is nothing wrong with the occasional effort to promote Southern Marine, I think it's also important to take stock and make ourselves aware of the world we are in and our place in it.
The summer is approaching, and whilst the clouds of instability and the unknown loom ahead, I hope you all find a way to enjoy the moment, shrug off the politics, get to the beach, head off to the sunshine and not let it all get you down.
